Some benefits from staying active and exercising regularly are that it will help control your weight, help fight health conditions and disease, boosts your energy, decrease stress, improve your mood, focus and patience, you will sleep better and longer and it can be fun.
You can always find time to exercise. Do a 10-minute workout routine at home, walk on your lunch break, go for a bike ride, go swimming, run around/play with your children or grandchildren outdoors. It is easy to find an excuse not to be active even though you have several opportunities each day.
