Caramelized Pumpkin Seeds!!
Halloween is not over just yet!! What do people do with the pumpkin seeds after they carve their pumpkins? Well, here is a recipe on how to make roast pumpkin seeds! You can add them to your salads, soups or just eat them by themselves. Sounds Delicious!
- 1/2 cup butterscotch caramel sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 cups pumpkin seeds, roasted
- 1 cup almonds, crushed
