Preparing for Your Appointment

Before Your Medical Spa

While making your appointment, please inform us if you need special accommodations (such as accommodation for a wheelchair). If your nails have any thickness or involvement please let us know as they may need additional time and work for your Spa.

We appreciate removal of nail polish prior to your Spa appointment. You may also bring with you a desired nail polish, or select from a wide range of nail polishes here.

We are able to host 2 (two) individuals for foot spas together. We have a lot of couples and family members that enjoy the pampering of their feet at Wine Country Foot Spa. We welcome the opportunity to do a double spa.

Etiquette

We are dedicated to creating a serene, relaxing and meditative environment for all of our patrons.  Please refrain from using your cell phone or pager while at the spa.

Our goal is to create a nurturing and comfortable environment so your questions are welcomed by our staff.  We maintain a high level of privacy and we keep all of your personal information strictly confidential.

Bring a friend, family member or anyone you care about to enjoy the experience with you.

Clothing

We recommend you wear lose fitting pants or shorts to allow your feet to be submerged in our invigorating whirlpools. Bring sandals if you are having nail polish applied as this will allow you keep the polish intact until it dries.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  This will allow you time to unwind and prepare for your service. To ensure that our staff stays on schedule and provides the utmost service for our clients, it is imperative for clients to arrive on time. 

Forms of Payment

We accept cash only.

Service Contraindications

There are contraindications for some treatments that include, but not limited to, pregnancy, infectious skin disease, recent surgery, high blood pressure, excessive or daily medication, epilepsy and asthma.  If you have a medical condition, it is imperative that you inform the reservations desk when making your appointment and your physician.

Cancellation and “No Show” Policy

We appreciate a 24 hour notice in advance for cancellations.

Late Arrivals

In order for us to provide the best customer service experience to all of our clients, all appointments will still finish at their scheduled time.  Should you be running late, please inform our staff so we can make accommodations. We know life happens and will more than glad to accommodate you, we are flexible.

Right of Refusal

We reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct.  Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of the service.  We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.

Tips

Leaving gratuity for work well done seems to be the norm and are appreciated, but of course, they are not required.
